Welcome to Your Body Pilates, a home based Pilates studio offering personalised equipment pilates sessions.
I am Michelle Aldhamland, owner of Your Body Pilates.
I am a Diploma trained instructor and studied my Integrated Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology (52855WA & 11053NAT) through Tensegrity Training.

I am trained to provide comprehensive Pilates exercises on all Pilates equipment (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrels, Matwork and small apparatus)
I also hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate and am fully insured.

My Story
I first discovered Pilates many years ago while recovering from major surgery.
My mat Pilates teacher encouraged me to seek out a well trained Clinical Pilates Instructor to assist with my recovery.
Clinical Pilates has been a part of my life for over 15 years and has helped me immensly in recovering from multiple surgeries and various injuries as well as keep moving and maintain strength through all my pregnancies and post partum recoveries.

This passion for Pilates lead me to study my Diploma in Pilates to help others to strengthen their bodies so they can live their lives to the fullest.

Pilates is perfect for whatever Your Body needs, whether it be rehabilitation following injury or surgery, pregnancy and postnatal exercise, strength training for sports, or simply maintaining movement and strength for your lifestyle as you get older.
